This is Blake. Blake is our best friend. Recently, he was diagnosed with stage 3 B-cell Lymphoma, a type of "blood cancer" that has progressed through a large part of his body. Fortunately it was caught early enough to receive effective treatment. Unfortunately his insurance requires a VERY large deductible. He is doing his best to make enough payments to get his insurance to start covering treatments, but working has become more difficult and savings are quickly drying up. 

Blake is a resourceful and self reliant person who doesn't like to ask for help, even when he needs it. So we are trying to raise money for him to help with his medical bills and living expenses.  He is not able to work full time, due to going through chemotherapy and any amount would be much appreciated. He has already paid 60% of his deductible out of pocket, but needs an extra push to get him the rest of the way. 

There are MANY expensive tests he must endure and he will require followup and maintenance for years after. 

We love him like a brother and the last thing anybody should worry about is how they will come up with the money just to survive. Please, anything you can donate to help him would be incredibly appreciated.
