Help Blake as he awaits a liver transplant

Hi, my name is Blake, I was recently diagnosed with liver disease, and currently waiting on a liver transplant. Due to this condition I am unable to work, so any little bit helps. I plan on using any money raised to pay my half of the rent as far in advance as possible so my roommate and I can still have a place to live while I am out of work.
