Billy Shatto's lovely wife Penny courageously battled cancer for about three years. She finally and tragically succumbed to the awful disease and passed away on November 20, 2017. They tried every treatment they possibly could but the cancer was extremely aggressive and ravaged Penny's body.

We are setting up a Memorial Fund for Billy and family to help cope with the expenses incurred through uncovered treatment costs and funeral expenses.
