The oldest traditional hot yoga studio in California! C Street Studios, started its life in 1994 when it was opened as Yoga Loka, by Sandy and Bill McCauley and their family. Since then, thousands of people have changed their lives by practicing here, and a number of people have stepped in as guardians to the lineage.

Now Marc McCauley, Heather Piper, and Tony Carr are working to grow the studio!

In order to continue providing traditional Bikram yoga to the North Bay, we require supplemental funds to cover expenses and pay teachers who have, until now, been teaching for free.
