Cluff Family -Paradise Fire
Donation protected
Our niece and her husband, Ben and Alanna Cluff, and their young family of 4 children ages 3, 5, 8 and 10 were victims of the Camp Fire in Paradise last Thursday, November 8th. They had less than 30 minutes to get their children from school, grab some of their photos, a few days of clothes and evacuate. What would have normally taken them 20-30 minutes to drive to Chico for safety took them over 3 hours through fire-filled roads, sparks rolling under their car, debris falling and propane tanks exploding and most horribly, making a life and death decision of whether to stay in the car and possibly be overtaken with flames or leave the car risking smoke inhalation and run with four small children when the fire got too close and they were grid-locked. They are teary-eyed and shaken, but safe. They lost their home, business and friends so they have no home and no income. Their need is immediate. Please consider helping with a donation however you can. Any amount is appreciated.
