Brother Jeffrey "Biff" Bempong passed away unexpectedly on September 30, 2014.  A memorial service is planned for co-workers and acquaintances in the Amarillo, TX area.  Funeral services will be held in Bro. Bempong's hometown of Norfolk, VA (time and date TBD).

The Brothers of the Theta Iota Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (Virginia Tech and Radford University) are asking for financial assistance to support travel expenses, lodging accommodations, etc. so that Brother Bempong's immediate family members can attend both the services in Amarillo and Norfolk.  Any additional funds will be used to help cover the cost of funeral services for Bro. Bempong and to provide support for Jill, Aeden, and Imani.
