Last Thursday on June 19th our baby girl had a freak accident happen to her. While she was going about her time playing, suddenly she was unable to walk.

After visiting her primary care physician we were referred to a Neurologist. Belle ended up having X-rays, blood work and an MRI and was diagnosed with FCE/Spinal Stroke (fibrocartilaginous embolism).

Despite the bad news, this situation ended up being the best possible outcome! Belle is expected to make a mostly full recovery with rehab and physical therapy. Her recovery time is estimated to be between 6-9mo and we couldn’t be happier about this news.

The best part of everything is she is not in pain and is going to be able to recover without medication!

All donations will be used to support Belle’s medical expenses, including hospitalization, emergency room services, and ongoing hydrotherapy appointments.
