Beattie Family Flood Loss Help

My family and I have been displaced after our house flooded and we've lost a great deal.  We are trying to find a place to stay  while this gets sorted out.  We currently rely on my wife's income as I just finished my degree through the Veterans Administration  Vocational Rehabilitation program. The property owner that we rent from doesn't have flood insurance so I'm trying to fix the house to get my family back on track.
