Help my dad beat cancer!!!!

Tulio is my stepdad, he is a great great man. He taught me a lot of great things to use in life, and I want him to continue teaching me his useful life skills. He married my mother and took her kids as his own from the start. He gave me 3 amazing step sisters:) Now we are struggling, Tulio was diagnosed with an Aristocytoma brain tumor, it's shaped like a butterfly in the back of his head....only few neurologists in the US have the experience to operate on such a sensitive part of the brain. My dad is now on his 3rd round of cemo but if he sees no progress at the end of this month, he wants nature to take its course. I don't want to lose my father, please help us. THERE IS NO MONEY IN A CURE, ONLY TREATMENT... Thank you for your time
