In March 2026, I’ll be travelling from the UK to volunteer at Bear Valley Rescue in Alberta, Canada — a non-profit organisation dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming neglected and abandoned horses. As part of my degree at Hartpury University, I’ll be completing over 40 hours of hands-on volunteering, helping with daily care, rehabilitation routines, and the running of the rescue. My trip and expenses are fully self-funded, but I’m hoping to raise some extra funds to donate 100% directly to Bear Valley Rescue to support their incredible work and the horses in their care.

 Every contribution, no matter how small, will go towards feed, vet care, and essential supplies for the horses who need it most.
