Welcome to "Project Norman" fundraiser!

 

"Project Norman" and my non-profit "Be The Light Ministries, inc”.

 

 

I loved the idea of using a stuffed animal to help with panic attacks. Research shows that holding a stuffed animal in times of loneliness, depression and anxiety can raise your serotonin levels, and I have personally experienced that myself having Norman.

 

Because of this, I am creating my own one of kind stuffed animal as well as a children’s books and sharing my story through music to help those going through or have gone through similar experiences as me heal, have hope, know they are not alone and that they too one day can have the bravery to turn their darkness into light.

All donations will be going towards the funding of the stuffed animals, my children's books and the building and funding of my nonprofit, “Be The Light Ministries, inc.”

“Be The Light Ministries, inc” is officially a non-profit organization pending 501(c)(3) status

”Be The Light Ministries” will be supporting and funding our youth in foster/group homes with mental health resources and the things they need to live, grow, feel loved and supported.

 

On June 25, 2021, I became a certified advocate against domestic violence. “Be The Light Ministries” will be using the advocacy training to go into schools and colleges to bring more awareness as well as provide resources to kids, teens and adults experiencing or have experienced domestic violence and child abuse as well as stop and heal the patterns and cycles that lead to violence.

 

 

 

 

It is my relationship with Jesus Christ that has kept me strong through of my darkest of days. I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for my Lord and Savior guiding my paths, being there for me when no one else was, and making me the strong woman I am today who is capable of overcoming anything.

 

My hope is to share my stories and the wisdom God has provided me during my hard moments of life to teach others how to turn their pain into purpose and create a better world.
