Felicity Kate - Born and Died on October 16, 2020
(WARNING - there will be pictures at the bottom that some might feel are graphic. I have also posted a video that I did after coming home from the hospital. It is raw and unfiltered. As a man society tells us not to open up. But I broke down and shared my experience.) I felt it necessary to share all these details with you because you deserve to know where your hard earned money is being donated. Thank you for taking the time to read our story, look at our photos, and watch my video. Thank you sincerely for your love, support, donations, and prayer.
A funeral is hard no matter what the situation is. But as a husband and a father having to watch as my wife gives birth to our baby girl and at the same time plan my baby girls funeral it’s a pain I could of never imagined or wished on anyone. I’m a pretty proud man. So reaching out asking friends and family for more help is embarrassing and hard to swallow.
Nevertheless, we need help! We are having to make plans for Baby Felicity Kate. As I call this list of funeral homes there is a aching pit in my stomach as I look at prices and don’t know what to choose and how to choose because I don’t know how I’m going to afford my baby girls funeral or services.
We are reaching out asking for help. We do not have an idea of how much we need. Nor do we know what we are planning. I guess it all depends on what we can end up affording. So if it’s in your heart to help us we would be truly grateful. If you cannot help, because I understand times are hard... I ask that you please share this. Thank you for all your love, support, and prayers.
Update: As I write this we are hours away from going to the funeral home to meet them to discuss options. We haven’t really slept. Our eyes our swollen from the amount of tears. We are exhausted.
The hard part is still yet to come. Parents deciding what the final resting place of where their baby will be. We are heartbroken and don’t even know what to do. Pray for us as we make the hardest decision of our lives.
We love you Felicity Kate. You are our precious angel.
