Help Baby Fabian's Medical Expenses

In the early morning of my wife's 1st ever Mother's Day, we were awaken at 2am by loud groans and moans by our 6 week old baby boy Fabian. We decided to take his temperature and were immediately alarmed...101.8! We rushed to the ER at 3am not knowing what was going to happen. The Doctor told us it was a fever and not much they could do about it. They sent us home. Later on in the day we monitored and his temperature shot back up to 103. We rushed once again to the ER where they performed an emergency lumbar Puncture (Spinal Tap).

A few hours later they let us know our baby boy had bacterial meningitis. This was day 1 of 24. Throughout the next several days, baby Fabian was put on 3 antibiotics, having blood drawn and even having a Picc line inserted near his heart. Doctors and nurses would check on him constantly day and night.
MRI scans, bloodwork, More spinal taps, ultrasounds, you name it, Fabian experienced it all at only 6 weeks old.

All the while our baby boy was a warrior! He would become a favorite on the floor, showing off his gummy smile to anybody that came into the room. Our family grew together while we spent 3 and a half weeks In a children's hospital room.

We are so grateful that Fabian is now happy and healthy at home with us.  

Unfortunately, most of our savings was designated For Gabby’s maternity leave and we did not prepare nor expect an expense of this magnitude. To make matters worse, we spent a portion of our time in the hospital uninsured while our coverages we're being switched over to a new insurance. While we know that our hospital bill of almost $100,000 will take years to pay off, we are humbling asking for some assistance to kick off our payment plan.
