We are so excited to share the FAN PROJECTS for BTS Arirang, Melbourne. Many hands have been involved, from original ideas, shaping, tweaking & finalising. We couldn’t have accomplished so much without so many. THANK YOU!

D1 ~ Under 10,000 Stars ~ 10,000 in Korean culture can represent Infinity, a vast, limitless quantity. ARMY wishes to always be with BTS and them with us. Arirang colours are Red, Black and White, and the same colours were used for the 2015 Red Bullet Tour, the last time they were in Melbourne. We have captured the essence of that tour banner into this tour banner. On the back, we feature our Southern Cross & The Big Dipper, laid across the Arirang logo.

D3 ~ Happy 10th Birthday, Spring Day ~ The Queen turns 10 on Feb 13th, 2027 and there is no better way to celebrate than to give her her own banner. On the back, Our Spring Is Here With Us, the words “Our Spring” represent BTS.

*These banners were meticulously drawn by Melissa (@_melissa_jane), we are so thankful of her time and talent.

Funding

We are hoping to print 50,000 banners each, for D1 & D3, with an anticipated cost of $5000 - $6000 per night, printer-dependent. Until the order is complete, we will not have an exact figure.

All donations are precious and we understand how our Australian economy is right now, and many are doing it tough. No matter how small, even the simple price of a coffee, will supply numerous banners to ARMY.

We have opened a Go Fund Me, https://www.gofundme.com/u/bts-aus to bring as many banners to ARMY as possible. The total funds raised will be split between the 2 nights and we will print what we can within those parameters. Although the account is under our X acct, all funds are being handled by external people to the admin group.

All funds will be used for the banner projects only. Once printing & shipping costs have been paid, if there is excess, we will refund the excess, starting from last donor and working up, until all funds are depleted. We won’t hold any funds for other projects, this is strictly for the Melbourne Banners. In case the Banner Projects are cancelled, prior to printing, all funds will be refunded.
