The Leeper family, who is very private and reserved in their own right, could use our help. They are currently adjusting to life caring for Brooklyn who needs specialized care and has open-heart surgery on the horizon.
Words cannot begin to describe the love and passion both Adam and Natalie have for their little girl.
I am asking for help to alleviate the unexpected expenses they have acquired and will continue to acquire in the upcoming months while traveling to Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis to meet with their care team and leading to Brooklyn's open-heart surgery. The time off work, formula feeding, medical expenses, travel/lodging expenses, and additional day care expenses, are just a few things that have already started to add up.
Knowing how both Adam and Natalie think, act, and live... I want to try to provide support and comfort with things they can control at this time of need. Everyday they are dealing with issues out of their hands and finding out new obstacles. As a parent, friend, co-worker, brother/sister, or son/daughter, we know all too well the emotional and physical drain the stress of caring for a loved one puts on your own health. If we can help them in any way with the burden they may feel finacially, then Brooklyn and big brother Parker can benefit from the extra love and attention Adam and Natalie can provide each of them.
