Send Supplies to Puerto Rico
Donation protected
Dear Flatiron and TriBeCa Staff and Agents,
Jose and Rosario (and many others in our offices) have been personally affected by the devastation in Puerto Rico. Hurricane Maria tore through the entire island demolishing everything in her path, leaving 3 million people without power for months to come according to the latest reports. We now know that 70,000 have been ordered to evacuate under the threat of a bursting dam. Without power, no-one can get through to let families know that they are safe. We'd like to help in any way we can. Stephen and I have set up this crowdfund to facilitate a collection effort to donate to Jose's mother's church where she and her fellow parishioners are working tirelessly to get supplies directly to families in Puerto Rico. If you would prefer to donate specific items, they are also collecting canned food, clothes, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, batteries, solar powered mini chargers, and other daily non-perishable necessities. We've heard that potable water is now being rationed. We will look into whether cases of water can be shipped as well.
Thank you all for your support,
Stephen and Sarah
