Cook Family Story- how the foundation began: On July 1st, Brian Cook passed in a horrific accident. On what should have been a day of celebration of his 21st birthday, his family was given the devastating news of his passing. His loss has left a staggering financial burden for them on top of dealing with their overwhelming grief. Brian's service is July 9th from 9-1 at Mcomb and Sons 1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. His final resting place will be at Prairie Grove Cemetery in Waynedale. Family is asking that anyone who knew Brian attend and that any and all Bikers who would like to pay respects to a lost brother also attend. If safe to do so that day please ride your Bike.
Update: Brian's family want everyone to know that they are blown away by everyone's Generosity, Love, and Support. They wanted you to know they are trying to figure out his headstone as they found one they feel Brian would love. Also, any donations that go beyond his end of life care will go to sponsor Wayne HS Wrestling team this next season as Brian loved his wrestling team and also to start the Forever 21 Foundation Fund to help families who find themselves in a similar situation.
