The Back to school jam is a charity event to help the local community with school supplies for the children to return back to school. The type of event we have put together is in the form of a festival for the kids to participate and have a great time. Our goal is to give away 500 backpacks to 500 students filled with back to school supplies. The event will also have barbers on duty to give free haircuts to the children. There also will be prizes given out to the children as well (i.e. Bikes, toys, books...etc). We are working to get professional athletes to attend the event, we have local Dj’s, athletes, & entertainers attending the event. The event will receive a lot of local publicity and community involvement. We would be grateful if you helped out by being a sponsor. The amount a sponsor may contribute is flexible and entirely up to the sponsor.

This will be the fourth event we have done, giving out over 2,000 backpacks to the families of our community. We have also put together Essay contest to provide Gift Cards and other prizes to families as well. The more help we receive reflects the amount of help we can give back. Funds will be used to further enhance and improve our efforts to provide a quality event each and every year. We thank you for your consideration of our request.
