AyudaVen, help for Venezuela
Donation protected
AyudaVen.org raises money and sends food to help orphans in Venezuela...
Its focus is El Hogar de Muchas Manos, an orphanage that provides housing, food, and values daily to nearly 200 children in their formative years. Don't let their sharply dressed and well trained exterior fool you. Please read my story at the end...
The orphanage details are:
El Hogar de Muchas Manos
CMDNNA registration 022.
RIF. J31469307-7.
Calle Marino, between Avenida Bolívar Avenue and Carabobo.
How the funds will be spent...
The money will be used to purchase and send food to help hundreds of children at the orpanage and support ongoing nutritional efforts. As of May 2017, over 168 children require the services of El Hogar de Muchas Manos each day and the number continues to rise quickly. An even greater number of local children appear at meal time or suffer without food.
The funds are needed immediately and 100% of net proceeds rasied through gofundme will be used for purchase, boxing, and shipping of urgently needed food items.
Our withdrawal plan to get the funds from the campaign to the ultimate beneficies...
We have volunteers from Venezuela originally, now living in Miami and Houston, that use the funds to buy food and supplies and to box and ship the items directly to the orphanage arranging the critical transportation.
The volunteers provide our organization with receipts and documents confirming the items shipped and all costs involved. We reimburse the volunteers for their purchases of supplies and shipping costs only from the funds from this campaign plus contributions made outside of this campaign. We will continue to support this organization and appreciate the additional reach that gofundme brings to charity.
Who I am and where I'm from...
My name is Lisett Guevara Gulnick. I was born in Valencia, Venezuela and lived there until 2010 when I moved to the United States of America. I can be contacted at AyudaVen.org, 27 Kristen Lane, Mantua, NJ 08051.
My relationship and contact with the orphanage that we are raising money for...
I have been personally supporting this orphanage for 15 years with ongoing donations and periodic visits to encourage their activities. The home teaches self-reliance as well as fosters a sense of community and giving in the children. There has never been a time of greater need to show support for the people and especially children of Venezuela. Your donation and ongoing support means the world to these children and will help the organization care for a growing number of children.
With love, hope, and charity,

The children thank you.
My Story...
A few years ago, a man who owned a bakery brought Christmas bread to this orphanage. Seeing the place clean, bright, and the children well dressed and polite, he decided that they did not need his gift. He instead brought the food to another orphanage in poor shape, where children were obviously in greater need... or so he thought.
He returned to the second orphanage a week later only to find his bread not touched and moldy in the cabinets of the second orphanage.
What he learned shocked him...
He returned to El Hogar de Muchas Manos directly after, sat down with its founder, and learned its story. He discovered that the organization is lead by a caring, strong, and bright woman.
Patricia Rafachieri founded the organization based upon instilling values in the children despite their economic hardships and broken families. The children are shown by example to be polite and to pursue education. They are taught business practices and practical concepts to prepare them for the real world. They become a family...
