Autumn was in a terrible accident on Wednesday, June 29th when she was cliff jumping at Horseshoe Lake, Alberta with friends.  She underwent extensive surgery and has a long road of recovery ahead of her. 

The purpose of this fundraiser is to help Autumn and her family in this difficult time.  Funds will go towards any ongoing recovery and help with perscriptions, physiotherapy, etc.  Autumn's family will need to travel to and from Edmonton and take a considerable amount of time off throughout Autumn's recovery.  Any donations will truly help.
