Dear Neighbors, Friends, and Supporters,

Our community is facing significant challenges. We believe the HOA board’s actions regarding the special assessment budget may not align with our association’s bylaws and declarations. In our view, the process lacked transparency and may have discouraged homeowners from fully understanding their rights.

We feel that the proposed average cost of $73,000 per unit for repairs/remodeling is unreasonable, given our concerns about the project’s planning, financial accountability, and the approval process. We are deeply troubled by what we perceive as inadequate communication and oversight.

After exploring all available options, we have concluded that legal action is necessary to challenge the validity of the vote (based on our concerns about notice, bylaws, and homeowner participation).

Legal battles are costly, and we need your support. Every donation will go directly toward attorney fees and court costs as we work to protect our community’s interests. We are confident in our legal team’s ability to advocate for us, but we cannot succeed without your help.

We prefer that all donation funds are allocated to the attorney. So, please do not add a tip!
