On November 4, 2023, Aaron Elia survived a housefire in Anchorage Alaska. He selflessly saved the lives of his granddaughter Maggie, and several neighbors. Despite Aaron’s efforts, the fire claimed the lives of his daughter, Autumn, and his girlfriend Bev. During his rescue efforts, he endured 3rd degree burns covering 30% of his body. Aaron will be in Critical Care for at least two weeks recovering from his injuries. Funds are being raised for him and his family to cover expenses resulting from this tragic loss. Their services will be held in St. Mary’s, Alaska where the majority of their families currently reside.
