Losing my Uncle Mark yesterday (August 15th) has left our family heartbroken and struggling to come to terms with his absence. He fought courageously against cancer and ultimately kidney failure in the very end, never once losing his gentle spirit or sense of humor, even through the hardest days in the hospital. As we grieve, we are faced with unexpected final expenses that weigh heavily on us during this already difficult time. Mark meant the world to us—his kindness and laughter brightened so many lives, and we want to give him the dignified farewell he deserves.
