I'm finally doing the thing (Gender Confirming Surgery) which means I need to do the other thing (GoFundMe).

Insurance covers a lot, but not everything. There's still deductibles, out-of-pocket costs, travel to San Francisco and back, a month's stay in the bay area, post-op meds, etc. Any funds raised will go towards those costs.
