Our son Asher’s story | From Fighter to Survivor:  November 2024, our world changed when our sweet boy Asher was diagnosed with hepatoblastoma, a rare form of liver cancer. Our days quickly filled with hospital rooms, procedures, and prayers as we watched our son fight for his life with more strength and courage than we ever imagined possible. After months of chemotherapy and countless hospital stays, Asher received the ultimate gift: a life saving liver transplant. That day became the turning point in his journey, and with each step since, he’s shown us what it truly means to be resilient. On October 3rd, Asher did something we had dreamed about since the beginning, he rang the bell to mark the end of cancer treatment. That sound was pure hope. It was healing. It was the sound of our little boy’s life being given back.❤️ Now, Asher is home, in remission, and taking back his childhood, one smile, one giggle, and one brave step at a time. Though the hardest part of the fight is behind us, his journey continues with lifelong care, medications, and immune protection that come with being a transplant warrior. We’ve chosen to keep this GoFundMe open, not as a campaign of fear, but as a place of gratitude and continued support.
