Hi, my name is Lety. I’m Ariel’s mom. My daughter was diagnosed with a rare heart condition called ventricular tachycardia in April. It happened out of nowhere. Ever since she has had several episodes which has caused her cardiologist and the heart specialist at UCLA Medical to move her heart procedure to mid-November. This has cause me to not be able to come up with the co payment for her procedure. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
