Hello family and friends, today we had very good news we went to Drove Vet for a second opinion, made by a Doctor and specialist Orthopedic Surgeon David Prince, who was amazing to our boy had a good view at him and gave us a bigger chance Apollo full treatment with him will have a total cost of £4500 including X-Rays with Anesthetic, surgery and the treatments he will need after.

This give us a lot more faith and allowed to book the X-Rays for this month, now!

Oh wow we are so happy to bring you that news and for the ones who are worried Filipa and her partner are looking for Apollo, Athena and Zeus, thanks to them always an extra mile for them, and to my Parents who have been looking after me between hospitals, appointments, sweat, tears and fears Thank you all of you who have donate we really appreciated ❤️‍ 5.Nov.2025

We have an update Apollo will have a second view at Drove vets on Wednesday Thanks to everyone who has been donated and sharing, cause sharing is caring.

It is with a broken heart that I’ve opened this GoFundMe, hoping that there is still a community we can turn to for support when life seems to slip through our fingers.

I am asking for help not for myself but for my fur baby Apollo – he need surgery. As soon as we get to the first £750 Apollo will do and X-Ray and blood tests. The cost of all treatments will give us a cost of £7000, we been fighting with the insurance but nothing feom their side.

Our faith gone when i suddenly suffered a lumbar prolapse of L4-L5 and I'm now on a wheelchair, unable to work, waiting for a surgery too. I feel myself trapped in my head go crazy thinking the only one working is Filipa.

To clarify me and Filipa are not together anymore couples years ago but we have responsibilities in common, so, as an adults that we are and also best friend, we have no time for bullshit. This is not about us but about Apollo’s only.

Our little fur boy, Apollo, is injury is severe – the cost for Apollo alone is £7,000, just for him. Between X-rays and surgery, that’s the amount estimated by our vet. We always had insurance for our pets, but they no longer cover pre-existing conditions.

I’m not asking for anything for myself – I can wait – but our Apollo cannot.

Please, I’m not someone who usually does this, but being in a wheelchair and with only Filipa working, I have no choice but to ask for help.

If 7,000 people could give just £1, it would save Apollo’s life.

Just to clarify me and Filipa we are not together anymore, but we have the fur babies in common and also me and Fi still best friends and always together for our fur babies.

E com o coracao partido que abri este go fund me na esperanca que ainda ha uma comunidade a quem possamos nos amparar e pedir ajuda quando a vida tenta nos fugir pelas maos.

Venho vos pedir ajuda por mim e pelo o meu bebe Apollo, ambos precisamos de cirurgia (operacao) eu tive um prolapse lombar da L4L5 estando numa cadeira de rodas, sem condicoes para trabalhar estando a espera de operacao.

Mas o meu menino tem a pata completamente desmanchada, mas é um gato e so agora e que se queixou a serio, o dano é grave o custo só para o Apollo sao £7000, só para ele. Entre X-Rays e Cirurgias este vai ser o valor dado pelo nosso vet. Nos sempre tivemos seguro para eles, mas sem um pre condicao eles ja nao cobrem.

Nao estou a pedir nada para mim, posso esperar, mas o nosso Apollo nao.

Por favor, nao sou nada destas coisas, mas comigo numa cadeira de rodas e so com a Filipa a trabalhar.

Vejo me obrigada a vir pedir por tudo neste mundo £1 a cada um, 7000 pessoas a £1 vai salvar a vida do Apollo.

O Apollo encontra se com o fémur fora do lugar e de momente o joelho ja rachado de tanto esforco que le fez, sem nunca se queixar. É grave, e de momento nem nós nem ninguem por perto nos pode ajudar, dai decidir abrir este go fund me.

Por favor, para muita gente pode ser so um gato,mas para nós é o nosso bebe e queremos salva-lo a todo o custo.
