Apartment Fire Relief Fund for Gail Ingram, NP
Donation protected
Our favorite Nurse Practitioner, friend, and neighbor, Gail Ingram and her two cats, Moxie and Mensch, suddenly lost their 2nd-floor apartment due to a fire on Saturday, June 18, 2022.
90% of Gail’s personal belongings, including all family keepsakes, and personal business, Nightingale Wellness, have been destroyed and a building-wide vacate order forbids access to her home.
Gail has been working with two attorneys to help fight insurance companies. She had renter’s insurance, but they have not paid out for any contents or re-establishing her private practice, or Additional Living Expense (ALE) claims. For this, she has hired a lawyer to help negotiate with the insurance company which is a new unexpected expense.
Although the fire was in June 2022 and Gail still needs our help.

She will use any funds raised to:
- Help with lawyer fees
- Replace personal belongings
- Offset costs to move to a new living space
- Pay medical bills for herself and the cats
- Re-establish her business, Nightingale Wellness
Any donation is helpful. Gail has been so appreciative for the help provided. Gail’s mental health has been a struggle and she is so thankful for her cats (Moxie and Mench), friends, and everyone that donates to help keep her moving forward in re-establishing her life. (You can also consider sending a direct donation to her Venmo: @GailIngram).
A note from Gail: Please take time to check your own insurance policies and safety plans; we are all potentially one event away from being in need.
