My Godson Anthony on his 5th birthday right before HSP took his body over. below:Right after his first week long visit @CHKD & Official HSP diagnosis.
below:2nd year with illness. Many hospital visits & infusions & steroids later. 
below:3rd year with illness & hope springs!! On new tablet (Dapsone)for last several months & really took well to the Achtar shots since last May.
below:  This is two months later & his current situation!!! The tablet(Dapsone) that had been the hope of all hope is now shown toxic to Anthony's oxygen levels and he can no longer be on this treatment! Dr's are perplexed!! Which is even more scary!!! 
the rash grows larger everyday!!
Along with the rash comes joint pain & swelling.
It also is inside his body.... In his GI system & causing him pain & near constant vomiting, which then leads to dehydration! His body has been & is being overridden with oral or intravenous high dose steriods for these flare-ups, without any long term improvement. 
Please help this boy, his family, the doctors and nurses that have been & better never stop looking for his cure!! There has to be someone out there with the medical answers this family & boy seek!!! I cannot let them or myself believe otherwise!!! Thank you for all care & support!
