Help a Newly Licensed (Apprentice) Wildlife Rehabilitator Save More Lives
Hi everyone,
My name is Ann and I’m excited to share I am about to become a licensed wildlife rehabilitator! This has been a long-time dream of mine, and I’m honored to now be able to help injured, orphaned, and displaced wildlife get a second chance at life.
Wildlife rehabilitation is incredibly rewarding—but it’s also expensive. As a new rehabilitator, I am responsible for all costs out of pocket, including food, formula, medical supplies, caging, bedding, cleaning materials, and specialized equipment. Even the smallest animals require round-the-clock care, proper nutrition, and safe housing to recover and eventually return to the wild.
I’m launching this GoFundMe to help build a strong foundation for my rehabilitation efforts and ensure that every animal who comes through my door gets the care they deserve.
Your support will help provide:
Species-appropriate food & formula for small mammals like squirrels bunnies, opposum, skunks, raccoons and more. Provide safe housing for growing and recovering animals, and supplies like gloves, potty pads, heating pads, and cleaning materials
Every donation, no matter the size, directly supports the animals. Your generosity helps save lives, reduce suffering, and keep wildlife where they belong—free and thriving.
Why this matters
Many animals are injured by cars, preyed upon by outdoor cats, dogs, and other wild predators; displaced by storms, separated from their mothers, or harmed by human activity. Without rehabilitators, these animals often have nowhere to go. With your support, I can step in and provide the care they need to survive.
I’m deeply grateful for any help you can provide—whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this fundraiser with friends, family, and fellow animal lovers. Together, we can make a real difference for our local wildlife.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart,
Ann
