Annette Leah Davis, 58, of Lubbock went home to her Heavenly Father surrounded by her husband and children on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Annette was born on December 21, 1962 in Slaton to Donald and Patti (Cooper) Bednarz. Annette graduated from Lorenzo High School and went on to attend Texas Tech University receiving her Bachelor of Science in Secretarial Administration in 1986. Annette married Doug Davis on August 10, 1985 in Idalou. Shortly after their first child was born, she started A&D Transcription Services where she transcribed for multiple medical personnel. While raising their three children she also worked part time as the youth secretary at Lakeridge United Methodist Church. For the last 13 years, Annette has been the secretary for Terra Vista Middle School. She was a long time, dedicated member of Lakeridge United Methodist Church. Annette loved her fur baby Cash, attending her children’s sporting events, and taking walks around the park. Things she cherished most were serving faithfully in her church, cooking for her family, having weekly family game nights, spoiling her grandchildren, and being Nana.
