Hello everyone,

My name is Annamaria. I am 40 years young and I am raising money to afford my cancer treatment, so I can hopefully spend a little more time with my child, who is not even 17 yet. Sadly, I am raising my child alone.

This is a very unique and surreal story of ours. Three years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I did everything necessary to fight it, and the treatment was successful. My follow-up checks were good—cancer-free. I was so relieved.

But unfortunately, my happiness was short-lived. How could this happen? We live in 2024, and breast cancer is considered highly treatable. Everywhere I read, the prognosis for my type of breast cancer was promising since it wasn’t the most aggressive kind. I was overjoyed!

I was just about to start a new chapter in my life—new career, new job, and I even had an annual contract lined up. I was so proud of myself. I knew I had done well. But then, in the summer of 2024, everything fell apart.

They discovered multiple metastases in my brain caused by the breast cancer. For three weeks, nothing happened—they told me there was nothing more to be done. Then, they managed to remove one tumor and radiate the rest. Three months later, we received good news: the treatments were working!

But then, within a month, my condition started to decline again. A new scan revealed new tumors, and the old ones had regrown. Now, I am undergoing chemotherapy to prolong my life a little longer.

I have a few people around me who are doing their best to support me, but I truly believe that we are all here on this earth to help one another. Unfortunately, I am unable to work, and my one-year job contract will end soon, leaving me in financial trouble. I messed up things. Lots of misunderstanding and empty ears. But i want to make it right! Im not about to using you!

I am reaching out for help through this fundraiser to cover the costs of my treatment and support our daily life. If this works, it might allow me to have just a little more time with my child.
