Help Anika Olson Compete on the World Stage
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Erika Olson, and I’m the proud stepmom of Anika Olson, a 16-year-old powerlifter from Appleton, Wisconsin.
After years of dedication, late nights, and hard training, Anika is now vying for a bid to represent the USA at the 2025 World Classic Junior Powerlifting Championships in San José, Costa Rica.
Anika recently competed nationally and continues to train 5–6 days a week while balancing school and part-time work. Her goal isn’t just about lifting weights — it’s about representing her family, her community, and the next generation of strong young women with heart, discipline, and courage.
We’re raising $7,000 to cover travel, lodging, competition fees, and training expenses for Anika and her parents to travel with her. Anika carries the values of service and perseverance into everything she does — now we’re asking our community to help lift her, the way she has lifted so many around her.
Sadly, we need to clarify, any and all funds will go to Anika! If she does not receive an invitation, the funds will go to her for training to continue. We have reduced the goal based on information we continue to receive from Worlds. If you have any questions, please reach out. We are more than happy to be transparent.
Every donation — big or small — will help get her one step closer to the world stage.
Please consider donating, sharing, and cheering her on.
Thank you for being part of her journey!
With gratitude,
Erika Olson and Family
