Tree of life cancer run
Donation protected
Hello, I’m Angus Anderson,
a two-time cancer survivor, and I’ve been through the ups and downs of battling this ruthless disease. This year, I’m excited to announce that the Angus Anderson Foundation, a strong nonprofit spark in the Canadian nonprofit family, is participating in the Tree of Life Cancer Run and the Tough Mudder event!
By September 15, our team will take on the Tough Mudder challenge, and we need your help to raise as much as possible for the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and the Angus Anderson Foundation. The top earners in our donation drive (excluding myself) will receive special gifts, with the top three earners being recognized and rewarded. Let’s come together to help us win against cancer and honor those who have lost their battle, as we will carry their names on our shirts while crossing the finish line.
Cancer affects us all, and the emotional toll it takes can be overwhelming. That’s why the Angus Anderson Foundation focuses on two crucial aspects:
1. Comprehensive Cancer Support: We aim to provide financial assistance for medical bills, transportation to treatment centers, and emotional support for patients and their families. We want to be the helping hand that eases the burden of cancer treatment.
2. Mental Health Wellness: Dealing with cancer, whether you’re a survivor like me or newly diagnosed, can lead to anxiety, depression, and a host of other mental health struggles. Our foundation will offer counseling, support groups, and resources to promote mental well-being and resilience.
By donating to the Angus Anderson Foundation, you’re not only supporting those currently fighting cancer but also joining a community dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of cancer patients and those dealing with mental health issues.
Your generosity can help us be a beacon of hope in the lives of many. Let’s come together and make this world a better place for those fighting the toughest battles of their lives.
Thank you for your support. Together, we can make a difference.
