Trying To Save My Wife's Life

For the past 6 years my wife has gone under the knife, been poked and prodded by doctors, and had to endure years of ridicual from doctors, friends, and family. I have always stayed by her side supporting and loving her. She had undergone over 15 surgeries within the last 6 years (including a gallbladder and appendix removal, partial hysterectomy, full hysterectomy, ovary removal, multiple hand surgeries, and much more). We have 3 kids with amazing talents and personalities. We have had help from the state up to now. I just recently got a job that put me just barely over the requirement for help. I have been trying to play catch up with our previous bills and trying to save for future hospital visits and bills. I am the only one able to work and have been also taking care of our 3 kids while she undergoes more doctor visits and hospital treatments. As of today she is in the hospital with a liver that is shutting down and kidneys that are not too far behind. She has a tube down her throat just to help her breathe. I'm afraid she might not make it. The only thing that I can do is prepare for an upcoming surgery that we won't be able to afford. The doctor has told me that a liver transplant might be an option, but the only issue is that my wife has one of the rarest blood types you can have. This means we would have a very small chance of finding a donor, and even if we found one it would be very expensive to get it(not counting the cost of surgery and recovery). I'm seeking your help with as much as you can give to help me save my wife. The funds will go towards medical bills(past, present, and future) and help supporting us until my wife can get back on her feet and back to work. Her medical issues have disabled her to work and drive on her own. I am not the type of person to easily ask for help and I've always known about GoFundMe but have always been too proud to ask for help. I'm here as a last resort for help.
