An update on Zaire

Update:
It is with the heaviest of hearts that I must update this to share that Zaire lost his battle and I pray that he has eternal peace.
Our beloved La-Tonya needs us more than ever. After suffering through this ordeal the last thing she and her family should have to endure is paying for the outstanding medical bills, and the expense of laying her son to rest.
Appreciate any support you are able to provide.
Please keep Zaire, La-Tonya and her family in your prayers.
Story:
Our colleague, La-Tonya, has recently learned that her son, Wendell “Zaire” Allen, only 24 years young, is currently in critical condition fighting a rare illness. Doctors are still searching for answers, but we know that his journey will be long and hard-fought. He is currently on a ventilator, and his kidneys have shut down, requiring him to be placed on dialysis.

Zaire has been an active, healthy young man his whole life. From playing football in high school and college and working out consistently, dreaming of a career in modeling. He is a sweet, well-mannered young man who goes above and beyond for his mother and grandparents. His mother, our beloved "LT," dear friend and colleague, needs our help. "LT" is the first person to jump and help everyone in need. It is our turn to give back to this beautiful family and pay it forward for such a generous and caring colleague. The expenses are adding up quickly. Medical bills and the unknown costs for the future are taking a toll, and we would like to ease this burden for a family that consistently goes out of their way to make the world a better place for others. Asking that we come together and donate whatever we can to support this wonderful family!
