Hi! My name is Riverlee Weaver from Socastee, South Carolina. I am 17 years old and have been participating in the SC National Archery in the Schools Program for the past 7 years. My goal has always been to place at the National Tournament in Louisville, Kentucky and receive an invite to the

NASP® All-American Team. On May 12th-14th over 15000 archers competed for the National Championship. I achieved my goal with a score of 297 out of 300 resulting in a 3 way tie for first place. In addition to that, the top 16 archers in the country are invited to be on the All-American Team which will travel to South Africa in July. We will compete with at least 6 other countries for the 2016 NASP® All-Star World Championship. NASP will fund lodging, food, and travel expenses once we get to South Africa but each archer is responsible for raising funds for his/her own airline ticket to get there. I hope to raise enough funds so that my family can travel with me to share this once in a lifetime experience with me. It took me 7 years to achieve this goal and it would mean the world to me to be able to finish it out by representing the United States in an International Tournament. I will be grateful for the support of my community, locally and country-wide!
