Terminal Cancer Memory Making Time!

Hey all!
For those that don’t know me, I have Stage 4 Breast Cancer that has spread to the bones. I’ve been living with cancer since 2017 at age 27, and it progressed in 2019. I just got news that my medicine is failing me and I’ll be going through more radiation and treatment, switching medication soon to try and find one that works. I live with chronic pain and side effects from chemo and literal holes in my bones from the tumors, but while I’m healthy “enough” my goal is to go make memories with my children. I have a passion for travel and I’d love to pass that on to them. I’d also love to see as much of the world as I can, it’s always been my dream. I’ve come to terms with this as much as possible and how long I have left is uncertain. Most of the women I’ve known that share this diagnosis have since passed and it haunts me.
Cancer treatment has been grueling and hasn’t given me much opportunity to travel or save to travel, and of course it’s not cheap. If I had more time, I’d do this all myself. But I’m reaching out to all of you to make my wish possible. I can at least be content when the time comes that my kids will have some awesome memories to hold on to forever. The thought of them being without their mother hasn’t gotten easier.
I don’t ask for help easily, and definitely didn’t before cancer. So, I truly appreciate all of you. If you can’t help, please share the heck out of this! This is so important to me. While it’s not a necessity, since they don’t have make a wish for adults-I’m going this route! I hope this is successful to the point we can post pictures of our adventures!
With love,
Alisha
