Algeria is currently under a lot of issues. Not only are we hit with the COVID & Oxygen crisis, but now a rapid wildfire has struck several governorates (wilayat) across Algeria. The villages of Tizi Ouzou and the surrounding Larbaa Nath Irathen, Ath Ouacif, Beni-Yenni, Beni Douala, Azazga, Bouzegen, Ouadhia, Bouhinoune area have been tremendously impacted, as well as Bouira and Bejaia.
There are over 14 different wildfires burning through the Kabyle area. The fire has burned over 100000 acres of land destroying homes and businesses in multiple counties and leaving thousands of people displaced and homeless. Over 500000 acres of land have been burned by wildfires across the country this year already.
This has left dozens and dozens of people dead, hundreds of homes, livestock and farms burned and ravished, thousands and thousands of people homeless and displaced.
We have created this GoFundMe to help with the crisis in Tizi Ouzou and the surrounding impacted areas.
This is a joined effort with Algerian citizens in the USA, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.
We have over 25 professionals leading and taking part in this initiative. From doctors to business owners to Social workers and more.
The proceeds will be made public in a transparent way & every dollar will be spent towards the efforts of our people afflicted by the fires in Algeria.
We have over 25 medical doctors and over 50 nurses and medical staff that are in Algiers, Tizi Ouzou, and the Kabyle province area.
The money will be used for the following
Buying the Medical Supplies and Medicine from Algeria and the USA at a Pharmaceutical wholesaler, depending on price and availability.
Our Delivery team will handle the delivery of the supplies to the affected areas.
Our onsite Doctors will be on the ground to help with the situation.
This is a time where we all need to come together and help each other.
These are our brothers and sisters that have lost everything.
They are hurt, displaced, and emotionally distraught.

L'argent sera utilisé pour ce qui suit:
- Achat de fournitures médicales et de médicaments aupres des fournisseurs, selon le prix et la disponibilité.
- Notre équipe sur place s'occupera de la livraison des fournitures dans les zones touchées, en coordination avec les associatons sur les lieux.
- Nos médecins sur place seront sur le terrain pour aider à faire face à la situation.
C'est un moment où nous devons tous nous rassembler et nous entraider.
Ce sont nos frères et sœurs qui ont tout perdu.
