Alexis US Citizenship and Name Change

My wife Alexis and I have been together for over seven years.

With your help, we got her US permanent residency three years ago. Your help meant the world to us and gave us more stability through legal protection. Thank you so much.

Alexis is now able to apply for US Citizenship. Because of this complicated process, it's become a challenge to update her name change paperwork while also dealing with the Citizenship journey.

She can now update her paperwork to reflect her name and gender marker in all her immigration paperwork. However, this comes with overlapping legal fees, court appointments, and USCIS paperwork.

It is a tumultuous time of uncertainty with many attacks on trans rights, LGBT families, and immigrants.
