Full of life, Alexis Marie—known as Lexi—is a beautiful, kind-hearted, and courageous 16-year-old. On June 18th, Lexi survived an unfortunate tragedy. As a victim of a crime involving gun violence, Lexi suffered a complete spinal cord injury and is paralyzed from the waist down.

Our family would like to thank everyone who covered Lexi in prayer during this difficult time. We're asking for continued prayers and support for Lexi as she embarks upon this journey of learning to live with a mobility impairment.

Contributions to this fundraiser will alleviate financial concerns as Lexi transitions from 24-hour hospital care to an intensive, in-patient rehabilitation program in preparation for living a fully-accessible lifestyle. Lexi will require mobility aids, an ADA-compliant living space, a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, ongoing therapy for physical disabilities, etc.
