"Full of life and passion, Alex is a 19-year-old young man, battling lymphoma cancer. Since he was a little boy, his vision and zeal for the Lord have been evident and infectious to those around him. He is the oldest of 10 children, living with his family on their small farm under the warm Arizona sun. They stay busy building things, homeschooling, hiking, camping, hunting, gardening, breeding dogs, raising sheep, goats, ducks, and chickens. With six brothers and three sisters, Alex's home is always bustling with activity, projects, and adventures. He and his brother started a bee removal business and have worked hard to grow it over the past few years.
Alex has fiery blue eyes, and draws people out of their shells when he talks. He goes beyond the surface, inspiring those around him to live fully for the glory of God. He is adored by his family and friends, brightening faces with his contagious laugh, unique perspective, random goofiness, and genuine encouragement. Alex likes competitive games, books, history, theology, running, farming, singing, snitching food, and being with friends. He has so much to live for, and his desire is to serve God as long as he is granted breath.
