Hi everyone,

At just 28 years old, our beautiful best friend Alex has been diagnosed with cervical cancer.

Alex should be enjoying precious time on maternity leave following having her baby boy Teddy last year, but instead she has faced the devastating reality of a cancer diagnosis. After completing six weeks of radiotherapy, the heartbreaking news followed that the cancer has continued to spread and is now deemed incurable.

Alex has begun chemotherapy in the hope of slowing the progression and allowing her to spend as much meaningful time as possible with her family.

Alex is married to her childhood sweetheart Joe and together they have two beautiful children, Elsie and Teddy.

We are setting up this go fund me page to support Alex and Joe during this incredibly difficult time. The funds raised will go directly to them and they will use this money however they feel is right — whether that’s creating special memories with family trips, making their home more comfortable for Alex, or easing everyday financial pressures. Our hope is to help make life a little easier and allow them to focus on what truly matters- time together and making lasting memories as a family.
