A'ishah Martinez, 18, went to be with our Lord on Monday May 1, 2017 surrounded by her family in McAllen. She was born in McAllen on October 3, 1998 to Daniel Martinez and Erica Rodriguez.
A'ishah was a Senior at McAllen High School where she excelled in academics. She participated in the Debate Team for McHi. Her passion was photography and English Literature.
A'ishah was registered at Texas State University to begin this fall semester where she had already been accepted.
A'ishah will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Left to cherish her memory is her Mother Erica Lechuga, her Father Daniel Cesar Martinez, her siblings Isaiah Daniel Martinez, Kayla Danielle Lechuga, and Zoey River Pena, Maternal Grandparents Normalinda Contreras and Jose M. Rodriguez, Paternal Grandparents Salomon and Paula Martinez. Also two very special Father figures in A'ishah life Daniel Lechuga and Joel Pena.
Visitation will be on Thursday May 4, 2017 at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen from 3:00pm-9:00pm with a prayer service at 7:00pm.
Funeral Service will be on Friday May 5, 2017 at 10:00am at Baptist Temple located at 2001 Trenton Rd.
McAllen, Texas.
Interment will follow to Valley Memorial Cemetery in Mission.
