A Safe Home for Rowan

Our little family is made up of Jonathan (Money-maker, student earning Nurse Practitioner's License), Cindy (does everything else to keep Jon going), and Rowan (13 yo Diva Extraordinaire). 2 cats who love and adore us; 3 cats who don't really care about anything other than to feed them and one noise-maker of a dog who thinks he is a cat because he wants to cuddle and lick you all the time.
We MUST move before one of us is physically hurt or killed. We have had many break-ins into our home and vehicles over the past four years. We have had so many break-ins that we actually have lost count! It is not safe for us here any longer. We are being targeted by persons who know how to get into our house. Most of you may not know of the recent tragic event in our lives. In short, our home was broken in the early morning Friday, March 4th and our daughter was sexually assaulted.
It has been a real struggle with Rowan. She is getting better hour-by-hour. Day-by-day. The first few weeks after the attack, she didn't even live at home with us. She coached-surfed from place to place with good friends who would get her to school. When she is home, someone must be in the room with her or she goes with you. She continues to see a therapist and is now off medication for panic attacks. However, she still can't be alone but she is getting better. She just wants to feel safe.
We are in the beginnings of building little houses for our home. Jonathan’s cousin is allowing us to utilize his property in Schertz. It's a 20-acre ranch that is home to hundreds of sheep and goats. And guarded by working dogs that don't let ANYONE they don't know on to the property without being accompanied by their owners.
We are building one-room functional house—each building will have a purpose: one a kitchen, one a bathroom and one a bedroom, etc. Each house will be connected via a common covered deck. We are asking for donations of ANY building materials: lumber, screws, appliances, fixtures, but most especially doors and windows. We will be moved out of this place by August even if it means that we have to live in tents until the buildings are complete.
Any money earned in this account will go directly for building materials that haven't been supplied or donated already. We need this money as soon as possible. We MUST BE OUT by August. Rowan starts school on August 10th and we would like it if she is in her own room by then.
ANY HELP that you can give us will be accepted. If you have spare time to help dig a post or pound a nail, we need that also. Help us get a safe home ready for Rowan.
