São passos rumo ao crescimento, à amizade, à superação e à descoberta.

É exatamente isso que representa o nosso projeto “On the Road to KISC” — uma jornada inesquecível até ao Kandersteg International Scout Centre, o “Mundo dos Escuteiros”, no coração dos Alpes Suíços.

Para muitos dos jovens do Agrupamento 98 – Faro, esta não será apenas uma viagem, mas a experiência de uma vida: conhecer escuteiros de todo o mundo, viver o verdadeiro espírito internacional do movimento, superar desafios na natureza e fortalecer valores que os acompanharão para sempre.

Mas este sonho tem um custo.

Apesar de todas as angariações de fundos e iniciativas desenvolvidas, tais como participação em festas locais, vendas de bolos, sorteio da “bola de jogo” nos jogos do nosso Farense, venda de quermesse, entre muitas outras, esta continua a ser uma atividade muito dispendiosa. É por isso que pedimos a sua ajuda.

O seu contributo, por mais pequeno que seja, aproxima-nos da Suíça e estende a mão aos jovens que, de outra forma, não teriam a possibilidade de embarcar nesta jornada.

Ao apoiar esta campanha, está a:

Some trips are more than just kilometers traveled.

They are steps towards growth, friendship, overcoming challenges, and discovery.

This is exactly what our project, “On the Road to KISC”, represents — an unforgettable journey to the Kandersteg International Scout Centre, the “Scout World,” in the heart of the Swiss Alps.

For many of the young people in the Scout Group 98 – Faro, this will not just be a trip, but the experience of a lifetime: meeting Scouts from around the world, living the true international spirit of the movement, overcoming challenges in nature, and strengthening values that will stay with them forever.

But this dream has a cost.

Despite all the fundraising efforts and initiatives developed, such as participating in local festivals, selling cakes, the “game ball” at our Farense games, running a bazaar (quermesse), and many others, this remains a very costly endeavor. That is why we are asking for your help.

Your contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to Switzerland and offers a helping hand to scouts who otherwise would not have the chance to embark on this journey.

The amount we raise through this crowdfunding will go towards helping with the trip and the inherent costs (which are numerous), namely the registration fee for each Scout, travel expenses, the transport of a support van for the activity, etc.
