Adalgisa Diaz was the most caring, authentic, and genuine person that we are honored to have crossed paths with in this lifetime. Her sense of humor is legendary and her laugh will forever be in our hearts. She was not afraid to be authentically herself and taught us the importance and value of doing the same. Her soul lit up the room and her unconditional love was such a blessing to experience. We will never forget her first training, it was amazing to watch. She arranged everyone in our entire office into a circle, had us look one another in the eye and urged us to tell the other person why we were grateful for them. She created such an intense, powerful and uplifting vibe, that brought the entire office together. Some people were even brought to tears that day. This girl just really got the true meaning of life and what matters; Which is to love and be loved, unconditionally. The most important message that she wanted to get across to everyone was to appreciate each day we wake up and to never take it for granted. We don't have to be alive, we get to be alive.
