Addie Ortega Funeral/Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Addie went home to be with her Savior on February 23rd, 2018 at the age of 14. She fought her battle with leukemia for more than 8 years with grace, dignity and love for Jesus. Her life served as an inspiration for many people and the impact she had is immeasurable. She was a sweet and happy girl despite the difficult circumstances she experienced, she never complained or asked, “why me?”. She was beautiful and talented, having learned to play the piano, guitar and ukulele and her smile could brighten anyone’s day. She was creative, witty, and funny as was shown in her love of crafts and homemade videos.
Cancer didn’t take her life; it doesn’t have that kind of power. Before Addie was born, God had appointed her days and given her a purpose. Cancer was simply the vehicle that God used to display His glory in her life. Addie fulfilled that purpose with such grace, courage, strength and beauty. Her life was a testimony to all and her legacy will continue to point others to Jesus. She will be deeply missed!
This fund will go to help the family pay for funeral and medical expenses. We are so grateful for the help and we thank God for all the loving support so many have already shown throughout their journey.
Close family member, Amy Davis, will be managing this fundraiser.
