Abby's disection of carotid artery

Dissection of carotid artery. What's that?? That's what I was asking when I went to the dr for an ear ache. I got sent from my regular dr to an eye dr the same day and then was told I needed an MRI the same day and then needed to be admitted into the hospital because they are concerned I might have a stroke due to finding the dissection. Keep in mind I'm only 33. So my neurologist put me on blood thinners for three months because my carotid artery on the right side was blocked 100% and causes me to have debilitating migraines.
So here we are three months after and I just had an angiogram done yesterday which was not fun because I had a migraine the whole time. They said the artery was still blocked at 50% and they said the small brain aneurysm they found had grown and they wanted to go in and put a stint in. So here I wait again and will hopefully find out when I have to go have yet another angiogram done to have the stints put in. My dr said he wants to do it soon to reduce the risk of a stroke. So I am asking for help. My husband and I don't like asking for help but with my condition i can't work as much as I would like to. So here we are with all the medical bills coming in and that just adds more worry and concern. I hate not being able to pull my weight when it comes to expenses so here I am trying to pull my weight anyway I can. Please help
