WHO AM I?
I am Simone Kemi Anderson.  My team of volunteers and I have decided to call ourselves the Action Reserve, AR.  We plan to become a real organization as soon as we have the time to do the paperwork.  But for now, there are more important things to get done...so we are committing ourselves to doing first things first.

WHAT IS OUR VISION?
To support ongoing and honorable efforts to improve conditions for people in Sierra Leone.

HOW DO WE DO THAT?
By paying attention to what's going on in Sierra Leone, as bigger and better positioned/equipped teams research, develop, and implement the real work of making improvements in Sierra Leone.  
Then - during implementation - we engage the organizers and ask where they see their program could be even more effective - if only they had more resources. 

HOW CAN WE TRUST THEM?
Because we are on the ground.  We spend time with them - we watch them operate - we witness their commitment, accountability, and effectiveness.

WHY SHOULD YOU TRUST ME/US?
Because my personal prerequisite to seeking a donation on behalf of any program is to have already donated myself.  I believe it would be dishonorable to ask others to do what I won't. 

HOW DO WE STRIVE TO BE TRANSPARENT?
Contacts are provided for members of the recipient cause/organization who can verify any information deemed necessary by any potential donor.  Also, all goods/funds will be issued legitimate receipts from the recipient cause.
Furthermore, all donations to OCF via this source will be publicly reported channeled through an independent fiduciary agent.  

WHAT IS OUR CURRENT CAUSE?
Operation Clean Freetown, (OCF), currently underway in Sierra Leone.

WHAT WILL OUR FUNDS HELP TO ACCOMPLISH?
They will help them to achieve goals that currently seem unreachable as a result of the lack of goods/services.

WHERE CAN I GET LITERATURE ON OCF?
Operation Clean Freetown, OCF, is the last priority of the President's Recovery Priorities, which came into being following Sierra Leone's Ebola epidemic, as a way to help the country recover and even surpass its pre-Ebola socio-economic standing.

WHAT IS OCF DOING NOW?
In July 2017, the intense cleanup program shown below will come to an end - and will be handed over to the Freetown City Council, FCC.  
The goal is to hand the FCC a clean slate!!

With OCF, youth in Freetown have been recruited, trained, equipped, and encouraged to set up small businesses collecting trash from residences, as well as public community areas.  Below are pictures showing some of our youth at work under OCF.

SPECIAL COMMUNITY INITIATIVE
There is also an initiative targetted at inspiring each youth community in Freetown, by presenting a prize of Le 50,000,000.00 that can go toward improvements that are needed in and desired by the youths for their communities.  This prize money will also need to be raised.

Please help us in cleaning up our city.  The trash in the pictures above directly impacts the health of the communities that live around the trash.  It also plays a big part in disheartening, dispiriting, demoralizing and simply dampening the hopes and dreams of our citizens.  
So many of us were somehow given the tools to make it out of difficult circumstances - now let's reach back and hand our youth tools that they can use to do the same!
